Admission Rules for UG/PG
- Students seeking admission to the various courses may apply on the prescribed application forms obtainable from the college office on a payment of Rs. 100/- in cash.
- classes must be submitted in the college office by the prescribed date with an amount of Rs. 100/- as registration fee. Incomplete application forms will be rejected.Application Forms complete in every respect for admission to B.A., M.A..
- Admission to the various courses will be made strictly in accordance with the rules prescribed by the PANDIT DEENDAYAL UPADHAYAUA SHEKHAWATI UNIVERSITY and the Director, College Education, Sikar.
- The number of seats in each optional subject will be fixed by the Principal. Allotment of the optional subjects will be made strictly in accordance with the merit of the candidates.
- Normally requests for change of the optional subjects after admission are not entertained. However, under special circumstances, the Principal may consider requests for change of optional subjects within 15 days of admission on a payment of Rs.500/-
- Application forms for admission must bear the signature of the candidate and his/her guardian. Application forms without these signatures will be rejected.
- The Principal has the right to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.
Documents required to be submitted:
A. For old students (seeking admission in the next higher class)-Two photostat copies of the self attested Marks Sheet.
B. For new students-Two copies each of the following self attested documents.
- Marks Sheet of the qualifying examination.
- Transfer Certificate issued by the institution last attended.
- Character Certificate issued by the Principal/Headmaster of the institution last attended.
- Certificates for participation in InterSchool/College, Inter-University games and sports meet/cultural meets etc.
- Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe/O.B.C. Certificate.
- Certificate in support of the privilege/advantage claimed by the students in the application forms such as handicapped students, dependents of ex-soldiers etc. issued by the competent authorities.
Important Instructions
- Uniform is compulsory for all the students. They have to wear it on all working days and in all programmes of the college.
- In case a student is absent from the college for more than 10 days without prior information, her name would be struck off from the college roll.
- For all students, it is compulsory to appear in assessment tests/pre university exams failing which their names will be struck off from the college rolls.
- Attendance and progress report of every student will always be available with the Principal. We request the parents/gaurdians to review the report for the progress of their wards.
- Parents will be informed of shortage of attendance or mis-behaviour of their ward by the Principal. If, the parents do not pay attention to resolve the matter, the college reserves the right to cancel their admission.
- Only those students will be permitted to participate in national level, state level or university level competition or sports activities who have been selected for the college level competitions.

D.El.ED COURSE ELIGIBILITY:
The minimum qualification required for admission into a Diploma in Elementary Education [D.El.Ed] course is a Diploma of Arts, Science, Commerce from recognized board/university.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% in 10+2 is a requisite for admission.
Some universities and colleges conduct entrance examinations for the selection of candidates based on their performance in the entrance test. Most of the examinations are conducted in the month of June or May.
D.EL.Ed Course Admission:
The admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education [D.El.Ed] curriculum in colleges in India is conducted mainly through entrance exams conducted by the states and institutions for granting admission to students. Candidates are advised to go through the different procedures of admission to the University he/she is opting for.
Aspirants are required to apply in an entrance test organised by the various public and private institutes and universities for admission in various teaching institutions attached to it. Admission in the same is granted according to the rank of the candidate in the entrance exam. Usually, the examination is conducted in the month of May or June for which the forms are available online.
The entrance exams mainly focus on objective-type questions on subjects like
• English
• General Knowledge
• Aptitude
• Basic Arithmetic
• Teaching Potential
• Local Language
The results of these exams are generally declared by July/August. Candidates undergo practical training courses apart from theory classes.
There will be a counselling round after the merit list is announced.
Attendance rules - 2020-2021
1. For all regular students of the college, the minimum attendance requirement is 75% of the lectures delivered, as well as 75% of practicals and sessionals from the date of her admission.
2. Condonation of shortage of attendance : The shortage of attendance upto the limit specified below may be condoned on valid reasons.
(i) 6% in each subject and 5 attendance in all aggregate of the subject/papers may be condoned by the Vice Chancellor on the recommendation of the Principal for under graduate students.
(ii) The N.S.S. cadets sent out for parades and camps and such students who are deputed by the university to take part in games. athletics or cultural activities may, for the purpose of attendance , be treated as present for the day of their absence in connection with the aforesaid activities and that period shall be added to their subject wise attendance. Note : The attendance for supplementary students will be calculated from the date of their admission. .
